I’ll have to go into the office a get it printed instead. ### 1/5 — Can I give ZERO stars? *2024-04-02, version 1.4.2* Just moved into my apartment so this the first month to use the app. FYI - customer service is NOT 24/7. 9-5:30 EST. Second, app keeps crashing. When it does pull up, won’t recognize my login information. Just ridiculous! How are we suppose to be on time with an app like this? ### 1/5 — Dog water app designed by lobotomized monkeys *2024-04-01, version 1.4.2* This app doesn’t really have auto pay, it has “scheduled” pay. That means it your charges change at all it will charge whatever is set. This also means you cannot auto pay two charges, if your apartment charges utilities separately On top of this is a charge is made for a bill that is smaller than the scheduled amount it will just go through and charge the larger amount. If you catch it after the charge goes through and try to correct it the app errors out as you can’t: Cancel auto pay without canceling the scheduled charge (that just went through) You can’t cancel the bank because the auto pay If your apartment uses this service they are cutting corners and you should run ### 3/5 — Feature add ons *2024-01-14, version 1.4.2* Please add a feature to split rent more than just 50/50. I pay rent 60/40. Also allow pictures to be uploaded when making service requests ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2024-01-04, version 1.4.2* I set up an autopay and it failed to process the payment on time. 4 days later I found out the payment failed, they charged me $160 late fee and didn’t notify me. I reverted back to manually submitting payments through the app but I have to re-enter banking details every month. So stupid!!! If I could give this app and the Connor group that owns it a negative rating I would!! ### 1/5 — Awful app *2023-12-31, version 1.4.2* This app is terrible. Plus you get charged over $40 extra every time you submit a payment. There also are 0 descriptions for any of the charges or anything. ### 1/5 — Constant Issues *2023-11-27, version 1.4.0* This is a horrible app. It always freezes or won’t load all the way. I have to delete it and reload it anytime I need to use it. ### 2/5 — Locks up *2023-03-27, version 1.3.12* My current apt requires payment using this. I often have to delete it and reinstall to use. There is a trick to getting utilities on one payment with the rent. ### 1/5 — Someone should reprogram this app *2023-03-02, version 1.3.12* It does not work most of the time. I reinstall it every time if I have to use it to for something. They have an option to manage autopay. But the only thing I can do is delete my method of payment. I paid my dues on Feb 24th. Everything became $0. Generally when the bill is $0, you won’t be charged again. I was charged again on Feb 28th. Reading the reviews, I have no idea how many days I have to be behind this to get my money back. Any high school kid can create a better app than this. ### 1/5 — Poor option *2022-12-16, version 1.3.11* The app will only allow you to make one payment for the full amount. As we have always paid 3 times a month before our complex was bought out this is extremely inconvenient.
