Look for the Rent Cafe Residents app. ### 1/5 — Problems *2020-05-27* This is worst app ever. I tried to find out my property. It didn’t show. On the Advertisement it shows we can view the statements, track for maintenance. But, after I install and tried it . It shows nothing. I suggest developers to improve the app function as it is shown on the advertisement. This app was supposed to let us view our accounts, schedule maintenance requests, pay rent, reserve amenities etc. All it does is show a map with a search function that can’t find anything. It posts as paid in your account then fails and returns check with late fee. MOST IMPORTANTLY We are currently waiting for our final lease to show up so we can sign, for a tomorrow move in, and nothing is available for me to do anything?! Saw the same complaints written 3yrs ago.... guess things haven’t changed? I must say when I was able to see its full potential I was all about this app and 💯 in and ready to spread the word about the app———> NOT HAPPENING ANYMORE.... The insane part is that it has been actually easier to drive up to the front of the apartment office and give paperwork the old school way (during Covid-19 pandemic, unable to enter buildings, trying to work in masks in horrible 110 degree weather outside ..... oh and I’m a younger retiree from being an Er Rn x 17yrs now disabled w/ an acute unknown spinal cord injury trying to accomplish our survival while I’m also with my elderly frail mother.... to top it off the severity of the need FOR YOU TO FIX AND ADDRESS YOU APP ISSUES PLEASE!!!!! (We would have lost the apartment if it wasn’t for the apartment’s office staff. I can’t say enough good things they helped us with bc the site was faulty. They were so accommodating and amazing, absolutely above and beyond!!! these days MOST AREN’T!!)😩😔🤞🏻 No I don’t have time to call customer service for help (we are in a terrible homeless situation & barely keeping it together). **** What makes me think is that if they haven’t addressed the SAME ISSUES LISTED IN A PREVIOUS POST THREE WHOLE YEARS AGO, what difference’s would help me in this emergent time of need for your app to work?!......****** The app looks like it has potential I was initially very impressed and excited to use it but so far the ratings aren’t doing so well... and now I see why.. I will be letting our new beautiful luxury apartment homes the issue’s this app has had and continues to have..... a list of items will be provided (w snapshots to show in picture form how this app does NOT DO WHAT IT SAYS IT IS GOING TO DO!!!!!!! 🚨🚨🚨Apartment seekers buyers be aware !!!! It is a complete app, everything you need from initial search to making contact, photos, floorplans, amenities, google locator button, a favorites section - like the apartment you're looking at? Just hit the star and it automatically feeds into your favorites! Contact info, and it's also a very complete app, each and every one of the 56 hits that I looked at contained ALL information, very thorough.. Although there were a few in which the floorplans did not come up, possibly a user error on the initial post. The only thing I might like to see added is a notes option.. Take notes on each property as you're viewing them.
