So I had to select a closer model and now hoping I don’t get towed. Then it turned out there was an error or something in the system. Complete garbage ### 1/5 — Stupid idea *2019-08-13, version 3.4.9* The fact places need this just for me to visit a few hours or fear getting towed is absolutely atrocious. AND, you have a LIMIT of “vehicles” allowed to “register” just to park at the dumb complex. So what the hell are you supposed to do if you just find this crap out and aren’t allowed to register!? What a bastard of an idea! ### 1/5 — Very Poor App. Please Fix *2019-04-02, version 3.4.8* Developers clearly did not build this app with the user’s best interests in mind. You can’t even view your parking permit to see how much time you have left or to use as proof if you get towed! This is such a critical part of the whole service and it’s completely absent!!! How they thought this app was acceptable to roll out to the users is beyond me. My advice: find street parking. This app is too unreliable and will get you towed. Message to the developers: please improve your competencies and put yourself in the user’s shoes when developing. ### 1/5 — Awful App, awful apartments that use it, awful. *2019-03-31, version 3.4.8* I have tried to ask about app updates through the tow company, the apartment complex, and the app developers and nothing is done. The 24 hr grace period is not a 24 hr period. Time can’t be readjusted. No one on the apartment side is gaining any profitability from this app. Let’s put this app where it belongs. In the trash. I really rate this -5 stars ### 1/5 — Crashes *2019-02-02, version 3.4.0* Warning. When the app crashes both the app support and apartment complexes require you to park off property. Meaning you will have to park in another complex or very far away if you are a guest, and this happens quite often. ### 1/5 — Zero stars *2019-01-19, version 3.4.0* Same complaints as every else. Horrible app. I’m forced to use this app by my apartment complex. Doesn’t save your guests’ cars. Friends get towed even when you use the app. Garbage. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2018-12-16, version 3.4.0* This app doesn’t work, and my car was towed due to this reason. ### 1/5 — No help whatsoever *2018-12-10, version 3.4.0* This is by far the worst app I’ve used. There’s no help options. If you have a guest visit you often, you will get an error when trying to submit their permit that reads,”permit hours limit exceeded”. So your guest can’t submit a permit and risk getting towed. ### 1/5 — A complete scam *2018-10-30, version 3.4.0* The app name is the exact same as a website, and the website doesn’t have my girlfriends apartment anywhere on it. Then once I download the app, the apartment is there but it keeps saying no units found. They have no customer service to help me, so my car will just inevitably be towed. I don’t know why a complex would even implement this system when almost all the reviews are one star. My girlfriend can’t even register as a resident because the system is so awful. ### 1/5 — Same complaint as everyone else... *2018-10-28, version 3.4.0* It would be so much easier if I could save guest vehicles... considering I usually have the same people visit all the time, that way I don’t have to keep re-entering their info. Should be easy to implement, considering I can save my vehicle as a resident! Also agree with others who commented about needing alerts for when the permit is about to expire, that also shouldn’t be too much to ask.... Please actually read your users’ comments and update this app!! ### 1/5 — This app got my car towed. *2018-10-27, version 3.4.0* Registered with this app and apparently it didn’t work even though it gave me a clock with 24 hours for expiration (I was using it for guest parking per apartment complex’s request). Towing company took my car anyways and said my plates weren’t coming up, therefore, I wasn’t registered. Ended up forcing company to look up records for registration in the app or whatever and now I’m getting a refund, because there was in fact evidence I registered my vehicle in the app at the time I claimed. Crummy app had something wrong with it, and towing company couldn’t see my plates (hence why I was towed). App doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Lack of confirmation texts/ email just gives towing companies the ability to say you didn’t register even if you did. If you’re using this as a guest or resident, I suggest screen-shotting your expiration time as proof you registered. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Pretty scummy app and company, do not recommend. *2024-09-12* I don’t normally write reviews on apps, but I feel this is absolutely necessary. If you make a single mistake, you’re bound to get errors which will, and I mean will, lead to your car being towed. I tried contacting the company thru their website because I couldn’t register my car (which admittedly was my mistake, but I contacted in order to correct it), but it was weird - they have 0 contact info available, only having a rudimentary text box. I waited 4 whole days - no reply. I had to sort things out with my apartment in order to get my problem resolved. Thanks for leading me to pay hundreds of dollars to the towing company all because of your scuminess! Frankly, I wish my apartment just had a physical tag or something, because it would immensely save me and many others from headaches and towing. I don’t mean any ill will towards anyone working at this company, however their incompetence in not letting me correct my errors and not responding to me led directly to my car’s towing. To any apartment complexes considering this system, I absolutely do not recommend, and to any other residents who have been in my shoes, I can empathize. ### 1/5 — This app is pathetic *2023-03-15* The whole point of this app is to make money off people who don’t know any better not to register their car, or will just tow them anyways if they aren’t making enough money off these people, who are also mostly broke college students. Each time one of these people gets towed, some of the money goes to this app. Also there is no way to save a car or apartment, so you must manually input it each time. Removed his vehicle as “resident” when he went back to college. Tried to register his car as guest. App would not allow me to add and gave an error stating his vehicle was registered as DO NOT PARK ON PROPERTY. Called office to register vehicle. Manager said she successfully registered my son’s vehicle. Woke up next morning, car was towed. Tow company said his registration expired at 5:25 the previous day. The app is seriously flawed. If a guest leaves, you can’t add another until the previous guests permit expires. I’m scared to have my son come home from college or any guests for fear of their car getting towed. We’ve gone as far as to have guest park at the nearby grocery store and I drive them to my apt. For the past two days (the 28th -29th) he has been here and I registered him. Now it just crashes ever time you get to the last part of registration. Three devices we tried and the app crashed on all three. Now we are all stuck wondering if we are going to get towed. ### 2/5 — Good idea, bad setup. *2016-12-24, version 2.4.0* This app is neat, however it clears your car license plate and type of car every time you use it. Depending on typos it could take upwards of 10 minutes to log in as a guest for parking.
