Every listing I was interested in could NOT be found available anywhere else online!! The photos used for each listing was for a property that had been sold/leased over a year ago!! This has been the WORST experience I’ve ever had while apartment shopping!!! Every rep that replies to me were obviously scammers!! They refused to give a tour, harassed me, and demanded I pay them ASAP!! They kept trying to link me to “TripAdvisor” stating that I had to pay for the apartment via that site before being allowed to tour the property!! If you Google this kind of interaction you’d see that this is a known scam!!! How is this even permitted?! Don’t fall for this scammer app!! This guy took all money for two months and never gave my keys or documents to the apartment but kept asking for more money. You have no way to report the person on the apps so the next person won’t became a victim. This app need to have a Report button on it. I’m currently trying to view pictures of units and every time I click on the pictures the app crashes. Tons of units are listed as available but aren’t actually available. All of the options were so good and it was hard to narrow down the listings. I especially like that you can view potential apartments on a map in order to visualize the proximity to work! I love that you can filter your search to make it very specific to what you are looking for. I did a search, and I had about 15 results come up which was more than I was expecting in my very specific search. I also love that after you look at one of the results, the pin changes color to show that you've already looked at it which is super helpful. Your results are also all pinned onto a map to show where they are located, so if there's a certain part of town you don't want to live in, you just don't look at those results. This feature makes a huge difference to me because most other cites similar to Abodo generate a list of options, and you have to learn to navigate to where you can see one option at a time on the map. The amount of descriptive details and pictures on each home or apartment was also extremely helpful.
