Trying to cash a check can be a nightmare. Apparently my phone is too old to even log in (iPhone 7) and when I tried to use a friend’s phone I can’t even input a check. Love the bank but the fact I have to be in person to place a check is disappointing.

I DL this app, and it’s been awhile since I’ve used my user name and password. It sadly does not give you the option to find out your username. Ive requested a security code for password via text, still waiting for that, and also email, and still waiting for that. 1 star was the lowest...otherwise I’d be in the negatives!!

Love the app can take care of all my business.I live a thousand miles away from the credit union so having this is awesome,plus not being a computer expert even I can navigate the app easily!The people that work for apci are great as well if I ever needed to reach out with an issue.thanks
