Had to go via receipts. ### 1/5 — Worst App imaginable *2026-08-26, version 9.3.3* This is just awful, terrible operating system, you wouldn’t want to be in a rush. ### 1/5 — Useless app! *2026-08-25, version 9.3.3* Dysfunctional app. Not able to register or even pay via their website. ### 1/5 — Location not found *2026-08-22, version 9.3.3* Machines at Booterstown not working. They say if not working use app. But then this App not working at Booterstown - “location not found” There are QR codes to a specific page onsite. But they conflict with other prominent signs shown saying use the app. Whoever is organising parking needs to fix signage, onsite machines and the app. ### 1/5 — Different vehicle *2026-08-21, version 9.3.3* I want to park in my normal Car park using a different vehicle but this seems very hard to achieve so I gave up. Very frustrating! ### 2/5 — Scrolling issue *2026-08-20, version 9.3.3* Latest version of the app isn’t rendering on mobile phones correctly. Only 3 tiles can be seen and scrolling doesn’t work. Not all features are accessible as a result. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-08-16, version 9.3.3* This app is so bad. The registration process is ok, all the way up to requesting an SMS code. It takes far too long to receive a message, so that you think it’s failed and request another. It took about 15 minutes just to register which is completely unacceptable, given the station gives you a 20 minute window to make a payment. Do better this is simple stuff. ### 1/5 — Poor *2026-08-15, version 9.3.3* Impossible to set a period. Only able to pick up the duration from a previous visit. Impossible to then extend the duration by a single day. Impossible to pick the location (3010) ### 1/5 — Absolute pain ! *2026-08-06, version 9.3.3* I could write for an hour about this company. The cost of parking at Paddock Wood station has escalated from c£6 to nearly £10 over the last 3 years, which is criminal. I am retired now, so this is nearly as much as the rail fare into London. The station staff agree that the cost is obscene. Aside from being one of the worst apps, requiring at least 2 button presses to make anything happen, the app insists on your going through to your bank app to approve the transaction, which is awkward & time consuming when the signal is marginal at best out here. They insist on your keying in the username & password at random intervals & the app suddenly ceases to function, so you have to delete & re-install, requiring passwords etc. You can no longer pay in the station & you see people really struggling with the machine in the car park itself. Why are the charges seemingly uncapped & unregulated ?
