## What is APE BORN?

Ape Born is the companion app for your Ape Born ULTRA EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) training system. It turns your wearable EMS module into a guided, trackable training session.

Pair your Ape Born module over Bluetooth, choose a body area — abs, arms, thighs, calves, or glutes — and run a session with precise, real-time control. Set intensity from 1 to 19, switch between Endurance, Muscle Growth, Bodybuilding, and Recovery modes, and let the app keep your time, reps, and intensity in sync as you train.

• Direct device control — a responsive intensity dial built for mid-session adjustments, plus a 12-program mode selector.
• Multi-module sessions — drive several connected modules together, or control each one manually.
• Guided sessions — pick a duration and training mode and follow along.
• Live session view — remaining time, reps, and intensity at a glance.
• History & stats — every session is saved so you can review your training over time, including weekly activity and personal records.
• Simple sign-in — email and password, or one-tap Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Ape Born uses EMS (electrical muscle stimulation). Consult a physician before use. Do not use if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, a heart condition, or epilepsy, or if you are pregnant. Start at a low intensity and increase gradually. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You must be 18 or older to use Ape Born.
