Allerdings fehlen fast sämtliche Einflüsse, so entwickeln sich die Baugebiete selbst ohne Straßenanbindung. Die Kriminalität ist immer auf Null, man brauch weder Polizei, noch Feuerwehr, ja nicht mal Straßen zu bauen. Die Stromversorgung und die Luftverschmutzung scheinen das einzige zu sein was in dem Spiel einen Einfluss hat. Though there may be one thing which is that I can not seem to get my commercial zones to get population even though I already have 70,000 people, and I don’t know how to get them to grow.
