The app looks good and it was easy to book a taxi. Only thing is the booking is not guaranteed. I waiting over 20 minutes past my booking time to be told we dont have cars in your area. We will be there when we can. So why bother booking a time?

No longer have to wait if system is busy simply type in your details and journey and thats that 
You can even check on the gps to see how far away it is - good stuff
