No entanto, a realidade é outra; primeiro, o aplicativo trava com frequência e, do nada, fecha sozinho e obriga o avaliador a reiniciar todo o processo novamente. Na sequência, quando, enfim, consegue-se finalizar cada etapa de alimentação dos dados, o diagnóstico (automático) é ridículo, pois é sempre o mesmo texto, independente de qual seja(m) o(s) assimétrico(s) identificado(s).
