One cocktail. Chosen for today.

Apéritif shows you a single cocktail each day. There is no feed to scroll, nothing to search, no library to browse. The new drink arrives at five in the afternoon, and that is the whole app.

MADE PROPERLY
Every recipe carries exact measures, the right glass, and a method written for someone standing at a counter with their hands full. Making Mode walks you through it one instruction at a time, keeps the screen awake, and times the steps that need timing — because a shake that stops after four seconds is a different drink.

MEASURED YOUR WAY
Millilitres or ounces, or let the app follow your region. Ounces are written the way a bartender writes them — three quarters, one and a half — not as decimals.

NOTHING IS COLLECTED
No account. No sign-in. No analytics. Apéritif makes no network requests at all: every recipe is already on your phone the moment you install it, and the whole app works in flight mode.

One optional notification a day, at quarter past five, carrying a single line about the drink. Nothing else, ever.
