## What is Aperitif?

Aperitif provides recommendations for ideal pairings of wine, beer and cider with a range of cuisines, as well as recipes for the preparation of a wide variety of cocktails.

Food and liquor pairings are recommended after you select from a range of popular cuisine and liquor categories. Aperitif then provides detailed information on the best liquor varieties to go with your meal.

Classic and contemporary cocktails are selected by name, or by combining a range of ingredients. Aperitif then provides a list of cocktails, including detailed instructions to ensure you get the mix right every time.

Aperitif also lets you save your favourite cocktails and liquor varieties, allowing you to view them at your leisure.
