Just started using the tracker for my Daughter and it is easy to set up and great to be able to track of wide range of stats over time and against other players in the community.  One improvement would be to allow player and a parent/coach to be able to see all the stats in app on their own phone.  Restricting stat/achievement visibility to device to which the phone is registered does make it more difficult for both player and parent/coach to follow stats and achievements.  Coach/parent view of stats on another device would be useful.

Habe rund 8 Spiele tracken können. Danach hat sich der tracker nicht mehr mit meinem Handy verbunden. Weder der Tracker, noch die App lässt irgendeine Bedienung zu. Auch die Hilfeseite im Internet ist unbrauchbar.
Da ist nichts ausgefeilt, weil die Bedienung einfach schlecht gemacht ist. Im Support findet man zu seinen Probleme auch keine Hilfe. Eine deutlich einfachere Verbindung zwischen Smartphone und Tracker wäre super. Ist keine 200€ wert

Bei mir hängt sich die App auch auf. mir wird auf der Startseite eine Einheit angezeigt die ich nie gemacht habe, und man kann auf nichts klicken, drücken oder wischen. Auch das neu starten bringt nichts. Ich konnte mit meine Einheit noch nicht anschauen.

App is disappointing- my son got this for Christmas and the device itself seems fine but the app can sometimes take ages to be ready to start a workout which means I can miss his race or park run as a result. Sometimes when it does work the end workout the sync sometimes will not complete and then the work out is lost. Update needed with improvements asap otherwise the device is useless.

For a few years, the App used to work okay, a little buggy but worked. 

Over the last 5m, app crashes constantly, unable to start or sync sessions. Not surprising when there have been no updates in over a year. 

On contacting developers 2m ago, they can’t assist but confirmed they are working on a new app, but can’t provide timelines. 

Until then, the tracker remains in the drawer. 

Waste of money if the app that the tracker relies on is not maintained/fit for purpose

Es increible que deje de funcionar de repente la app y tampoco tengan una solucion rapida en cuanto al gps he tenido que mirar un video random en youtube para poder hacer el reinicio de fabrica ya que no me reconocia el gps, increible manera de tirar 250€ a la basura. Y escribir al soporte es una total sala de espera de un hospitsl publico aunque en este caso no te responde nadie

Connection to the mobile device often fails. Now it’s not possible at all, making the device completely useless.
Customer support is a disaster.
Wasted money.
If you have to choose between this brand and Catapult, you should definitely go with Catapult.

Bought this for my 13 year old son and the initial data was helpful. But, the app is stale and only offers basic metrics. I use sensors for running and there are betters apps out there that provide much deeper, actionable insights. Best I can tell, that capability is reserved for pro implementations and StatSports has no interest in providing it for consumers, as evidenced by the lack of substantive updates to the app in well over a year. Hopefully new updates are coming because there are other competing options out there that will surpass Apex soon.

app che si impalla di continuo, non riesce a collegare la fascia cardio, inoltre dopo il primo utilizzo si è bloccata completamente non mi è più possibile utilizzare nulla ma resta freezzata nella schermata iniziale per poi crashare dopo poco

I was new to using STATSports as a tracker, and I was sort of skeptical at first, but it is genuinely an extremely helpful app for tracking your improvements in speed and power.  I have used Catapult One before, which was also good for athletes who needed specific workout plans or meal plans.  Still though, I definitely prefer Apex.  The pro benchmarks allow you to set your standards for excellence, and certain age related programs such as pro academies can allow you to really reach for your goals.  I highly recommend Apex to athletes of all skill levels, and it’ll definitely improve your game.

It’s a very good app but I don’t know why the tracker don’t want to connect to my phone this time. 

I activated the Bluetooth and wifi and my tracker and phone are fully charged but it does not work. 

I sent 3 emails but without any response. 

Please help !
