At some points I sent money from my OPay account to my apex account the transaction was successful on OPay but in the app they said the payment failed, and they didn’t reversed back my money. I tried all I could to reach out to their customer support but they don’t ever respond. Because I was desperately in need of using the dollar card there, I went ahead to send another money there even bigger amount than the first one, thinking it might be different this time but same thing happened and up till today their customer service has not responded.
