I even tried switching to my google acc in case it’s that one even tho I know that the apple one is my main, but it didn’t work. The purchases, everything ALL GONE. Customer service wasn’t even helpful at all. This was the same problem with ML: adventure. I really love that game and had been playing since 2024, but now 2026 my account is gone and every player who left and came back seemed to be complaining about the same thing. Then there’s you guys, who just released last year or so( can’t recall). I just hope you guys do better with account recovery n stuff cuz it’s disappointing. The game is still peak tho ### 1/5 — Refund issue *2026-06-20, version 1.0.19* NEVER GIVES YOU A REFUND AND NEVER REPLY TO YOUR REFUND CUSTOMER SERVICE MESSAGE ### 4/5 — 日本でイマイチ盛り上がらない理由 *2026-03-19* ガチャ的にはとても遊びやすい。 ガチャ札やダイヤがそこそこ増えやすいので、SSR星霊は増えやすいし育てやすいし、SSR+星霊もまあまあ手に入る。 その上の憑依星霊は運次第で確定は数百回だけど専用札はやや増えやすく、天井無視で20回で出たこともある。 ガチャに関しては全般的に甘い方なんだと思います。 キャラのレベルリセットもやり放題なので、試行錯誤は無限にできます。 iPhone8でも余裕で動いた軽さも魅力です。 でも、こういうゲームは、その辺のシステムはどれも一緒なので、結局はキャラ次第で盛り上がったり衰退したりしますよね。 そのキャラが少し惜しい。 少女たちのデザインは良い。広告見て始めた人の期待は裏切らないはず。 ただ、動きとかセリフが、キャラの見た目や設定と合ってない。 「このキャラがそんな動きする？」 「このキャラがそんなこと言う？」 という違和感だらけ。 例えば、優雅で礼儀正しいという設定のキャラが 「翼で飛べるってんでお鉢が回ってきたから私が前線基地から一箱ずつえっちら運んでたのよ！」 と言う。江戸っ子かお前は。 しかも、そういうキャラのセリフや取り巻くストーリーはオマケ程度の要素(テキストのみ)なので、そもそも薄いし、魅力がない。 モーションも含め、AI生成の弊害か、ローカライズが上手くないのか。 せっかくキャラの見た目は良いのに、いくらプレイしてもそれ以上の魅力を感じることができないので惹き込まれない。 日本でイマイチ盛り上がりきれないのは、そういうところが大きな原因のひとつだと感じます。 もう1つの大きな原因は宣伝が下手なところかな。公式Xのユーザーやそれ以外の人たちの反応があまりにも薄く不安になる。その辺はどのように改善するべきかは分からないけど。 ### 1/5 — Don’t download this. *2026-01-18* I can’t even play, it won’t let me move past the “pick your name screen” so I’m uninstalling.
