Will let me sign in but when I go to verify device it does not let me continue. This is the only location I can get my tickets. What a hassle. Now I have to call the company.

I purchased tickets to the Reno Ace’s baseball game through AXS when my tickets weren’t sent they didn’t care after several emails they never respond that I still didn’t have minutes before the event I demanded a refund in which they still haven’t responded

States you haveTo download the app after purchasing tickets which they of course don’t tell you as you’re purchasing the tickets. Once I download the app it says I don’t have permission to use it. Nice job scammers

For some reason this company makes you verify every device you sign into by going to your email and clicking a link. Fine. I’ll verify that this is in fact me. 

Except after verifying my phone four times I still can’t sign into the app. I have a concert TOMORROW. My money does not grow on trees I payed for my tickets and yet I can’t even sign in to get them?

I’ve tried several times to change password and login, didn’t work. It’s CRAP!!

This app is crap. After multiple password resets, email verifications, phone verifications and attempts to contact support I still don’t have my tickets. If you can get tix somewhere else do it. This app, so far, is worthless.

NOTE: This app is for vendors of AXS tickets only; do not download this app to purchase AXS tickets.  (The person giving this a 3 star review because he downloaded the wrong app should remove that review). 

Other than the above disclaimer, this app for vendors works well and displays your ticket sales in aggregate and for reporting.  Great job by the developers.
