I was having trouble shutting mind off to fall asleep before I used Apex. I used a custom path tailored to my needs which helps me now sleep much more comfortably.

Ive been doing the breathwork that increases lung capacity and its helped a lot in my bjj comps Firas Zahabi is a genius for this app!
