My daughter is at work, and it shows she is either on the highway or at her house, never the correct location. If I have to pay for this when buying a new car, it should be better than Life 360, which I get for free.

Useless app. Stopped working after 100 miles.

The dealer put this on my car when I bought it and since then I’ve drove over 10k miles, however the app says odometer is 2500. Location of the vehicle sometimes doesn’t show correctly/stuck on certain place or the app just doesn’t want to load anything.

The app logs you out every other minute. Does not send notifications. The the app can not show you where car is located but only where it was few weeks ago coz it gets stuck. No updates are offered. Pretty useless.

Only had the unit for 2 weeks and it’s been replaced and it still shows my Truck somewhere other that where it actually is.  Constantly get a note that says failed to fetch data. Isn’t this app supposed to show real time.  Looking into something else.

Huge downgrade from previous version that had realtime tracking capability. Vehicle devices are cell based so I understand losing connection occasionally but seems to happen WAY too frequently with one of mine. And of course the only dealerships that can service these devices are those in the Keating family of dealerships. Doesn’t help with that vehicle being out-of-state  for work.

My car won’t show location if it’s within 2-5 miles of my home. Sitting at my house it shows it’s moving on the highway. I won’t know my car is stolen until it’s gone a few miles. So disappointed in support also.

This app sends alerts of movement when I’m looking at my “PARKED” car in the stall, and it has no real-time tracking…at all. Never would have chosen this for a gps tracker; it was a forced on me when I purchased my car. Not worth it.👎🏼
