You can easily request baggage delivery from the app! Once you register with the app, a QR will be issued. All you have to do is attach the QR tag to your baggage and hand it to the hotel staff! You can go sightseeing empty-handed.

Easy pick-up at the airport for international flights!
Your baggage will be delivered to the airport around 2:00 pm, so you can easily pick it up at the airport.

1. Download the app and register for an account

2.Click on the baggage delivery button “Deposit baggage”

3. Please register your baggage information

4.Suggest the issued QR to the hotel staff when considering baggage.
A tag with a QR will be issued.

5. Just attach the tag to your baggage and leave the rest to the hotel staff!
