I’m still waiting and doubt I will ever see payment. It’s not worth the stress ### 1/5 — Can’t get into my account! Zero help from anyone! *2025-06-01, version 2.0.0* I can’t get into my account. Every time I request a text code the screen goes white, forEVER. I’ve emailed months ago and never got a response so just stopped using the app. Randomly tried again today because I got a request via email from them and I still can’t get in. The same issue. Ive uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, tried on an entirely different phone, same issue. I used this app for a long time before this issue. I’d love it if something from Apex would help me out. ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service *2025-02-27* I have been using this app for years and recently wanted to add my TikTok account. My profile was under review for weeks until I emailed them asking how long it usually takes, all of a sudden I got an email that it wasn’t approved. When I contacted the help desk they were so rude and unhelpful. Basically telling me they can’t see my account and that I don’t meet the criteria for their app. Even though I’ve been using is for years. The person I’m talking to replies so short with terrible grammar and punctuation. Don’t bother with this app ### 1/5 — There are better platforms out there *2024-12-06, version 2.0.0* I enjoyed it in the beginning but now it became pretty bad. No paid collaborations, some of them are paying with amazon gift cards. They say they will pay within 30 days, I had to wait 4 months for the gift card. Some of them I still didn’t receive. They deceived on some campaign description, promising some items for the collab and then changing description when you are already a part of campaign. I emailed support so many times and it’s almost impossible to get a response. I had to message them on IG and still my issues were not solved. I was with them for so long so was hoping to be treated better. ### 1/5 — The quality of the app has gone down *2023-04-18* I’ve been using ApexDrop for a couple years now. They switched from applying for collabs on the their website to using the app. At first, using the app was convenient but now I’d been having trouble getting my influencer handle to stick vs. my personal handle. I’d made so many requests but this last time they finally unapproved me. ### 1/5 — There’s no collabs *2022-10-15, version 2.0.0* They don’t put any collabs at all. Just want you to download the app ### 1/5 — Data collection *2022-09-21* They misrepresented themselves in several emails to me. They reached out to me and said they wanted to work together and loved my content and account. I filled out my personal info and then got a response my account was not approved. Imagine my surprise since they seeked me out. There is no way to remove your personal information either. **Developer response:** Hey there! We would love to chat with you to provide insight, please send us an email at support@apexdrop.com and we are happy to connect with you! ### 1/5 — I think I got profiled *2022-09-02, version 2.0.0* Seemed to “cancel” me after I shared something they didnt like. Very fishy. Scammy overall. Unprofessional. ### 1/5 — Was asked via IG to join *2022-08-27, version 2.0.0* I was repeatedly asked to join and update when my account was waiting for approval. While giving my personal information I could see some content as far as 3 collab opportunities. Once I filled out my info it went to pending approval. I told the person on IG who repeatedly told me to let them know when I was done so they could approve it. It has never been approved. Now all I can see is “account pending approval”. I cannot find an option to even delete my account or information. I asked via email and IG to remove my information and I’ve stopped allowing this app to track. Unfortunately I would advise waiting until they have it together to join. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous *2022-08-25, version 2.0.0* Was personally contacted by the company to join because they thought my account was a perfect fit. I download the app, fill out all the information and I’m not approved. Complete waste of time.
