A build configuration fault meant Record could reject location permission without ever asking iOS for it, so the "Location permission is required" message appeared no matter what you changed in Settings, and reinstalling did not help. Recording, and the camera prompt during setup, now ask properly and work as intended. LIVE ACTIVITY WHILE YOU RECORD On iPhone, an active drive shows elapsed time, distance and speed on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and clears itself when you stop (iOS 16.2 and later). GPX IMPORT Bring a GPX file in as a saved route, alongside the GPX export that has been here since day one. Both are Pro.
