The watch says that I have done 7,000 but my phone says that I have done 12,000. So there is 5,000 steps uncounted so it is not very reliable. Have not had any issues with connectivity and links well with Strava. What would make this app 4 or 5/5 is if it had the additional features: 1. Ability to delete one of your existing recorded activities. From what I can tell, you can't delete in app or on the watch (apex fit GPS watch) 2. Ability to export or save the Gps log of your activity. Either .GPX or .kml would-be great. Thanks Update: just recently the app stopped working, when I try to login it says I'm logged on another device. Same issue as others... ### 2/5 — Keeps logging out *2025-09-13* It logs me out then when I try logging back in it says someone is already logged in on another device but I like the watch just stupid app has issues of logging me out and not letting me login in ### 2/5 — App stop working *2025-09-09* Can’t pair the watch with the app cause “my account has been logged into another device”, there’s no customer service at all, avoid buying APEX products ### 3/5 — Has some inconvenient bugs *2025-08-29, version 1.60* The watch was perfect the first weeks, but then it stopped getting weather forecasts and said “failed to get weather report please try again” no matter how many times I tried it didn’t sync and the watch face is only customizable with the picture and digital or analog you can’t pick if you want to see your heart rate or calories or steps it’s inconvenient, but other than that, I get notifications and everything works fine. Also, note to the developer, if you could please like add a simple game like I don’t know tic tac toe or 2048 please? I’ve had a Fitbit which I liked a lot, but i broke it after 4 years. Saw this on special and got it. Honestly, it’s pretty decent. It’s not perfect but it’s still a solid watch that gives you good data. For the price, it’s more than worth it. Also has a nice look to it. Can the developer help me with this? The activity record is most useful. There are gaps in the sleep record, especially when my sleep is irregular. Heart rate seems accurate. Timer, stopwatch, music control, flashlight, are handy. Weather, sport, notifications, not needed by me. Stress and SpO2 always show about the same value. The glowing and vibrating warnings for things such as out of BT range are disturbing. They continue even through sleep. Surely it is easy to put the watch in silent/nobuzz mode when it registers sleep, or the user ticks a single box. Oddly, the watch and the app display daily activity in kilometres, but the app shows weekly or monthly totals in miles. I don't trust the stress measurement. It shows "normal" even when I'm blowing my stack. The watch under-reports my sleep. Naps, even several hours long, are ignored. Most watchfaces look like video games. Eventually, I found one, only one, which has hands and numbers. But there are new ones now. The Russian flag watchface is offensive; an American flag would be, too. No politics please. This watch is well worth the price to become familiar with the possibilities. I find it overall pretty cool. The only thing i truly find missing is that the alarm clock only works with vibration. So that would be nice if they implement the alarm with sound. If you disable the vibration it just light up the screen when the alarm kicks in. So wha is the point if your sleeping and don’t look at the screen. Well anyway that would be a nice simple feature for this company to implement.
