I had a very bad experience with this app. Suddenly, I was unable to log in, and it kept showing errors like “User data loading failed.” After trying the suggested steps, my data seems to have completely disappeared.

There is no proper support or clear guidance to recover the account or data. This is very concerning, especially for an app that handles calls and important information.

The concept is good, but reliability is a big issue. I would not recommend using this app for anything important until these problems are fixed.

I recently encountered login issues with the Context app and attempted to seek assistance through their support channel. Unfortunately, my experience was very bad. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I received minimal response, leaving me unable to utilize the app effectively. 
This lack of support severely hampers the app's usability and overall user experience. I hope the Context team addresses this issue promptly to improve their customer service and ensure a smoother user journey for all.
