Aphrodite Go is the companion app for clients enrolled in an Aphrodite wellness and diet coaching programme. It brings your daily tracking and your coach into one place, so reaching your goals never feels like guesswork.

PERSONALISED COACHING
Work with a real diet coach who builds your plan around your body, your goals, and your life — not a generic template. Message your coach anytime, and meet face-to-face through live video or voice consultations whenever you have a session scheduled.

EFFORTLESS DAILY TRACKING
- Steps sync automatically from your phone's activity data — no manual counting
- Log meals and water intake in seconds
- Track your weight over time and see real trends, not just a single number
- Review your consultation history and past recommendations whenever you need them

STAY ON TRACK, GENTLY
Customisable reminders for hydration, step goals, and upcoming appointments keep you moving without being intrusive. Turn any of them on or off whenever you like.

BUILT ON TRUST
Your health data belongs to you. We never sell or share it with advertisers, and every consultation and message is encrypted in transit. You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time.

WHO IT'S FOR
Aphrodite Go Natural is designed for existing Aphrodite programme clients. You'll need your Order ID, phone number to link your account when you first sign in.

just tap to join, right from your lock screen or home screen.

Video Sessions 
• Ending a call now properly closes the session for all participants — no more staying connected in the background after you leave.
 • Switching to another app or locking your screen during a call automatically ends the session cleanly. \

Notifications
 • Your notification work properly now with sound preference now syncs to your account immediately.
 • Fixed an overlap where water and steps reminders could fire at the same time in the evening.
 • Step reminders no longer schedule after 8 PM. • Tapping a push notification now reliably opens the correct screen in the app.

Profile 
• You can now see the status of your Camera, Microphone, and Push Notification permissions directly from your profile. Tap any permission to manage it.
