That version worked well. This version does not work at all. It is totally useless. Please fix/restore to ver2 ASAP. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Not working *2023-09-14* Hasn’t worked since the update. I’ve erased it, reinstalled it, over & over & over. It’s too bad because major global companies LIKE DELTA AIRLINES use it & then we as employees get attitude from the schedulers for not referring to our ever so helpful API app instead of taking up their valuable time. And I agree, we should be able to refer to an app that is a highly paid service so it can streamline our operations. Server offline. If it doesn’t connect I often have to reload it even show the lodging information. ### 1/5 — Horrible App + Unoptimized + Garbage UI *2026-05-10* I’ve never encountered an app as terrible as this one. Every time I attempt to refresh my hotel layovers, it consistently informs me that I’m offline, despite having full service and WiFi. It’s baffling why this happens. To make matters worse, the app relentlessly prompts me to rate my stay at various hotels even after rating it. If I’ve already rated it, it stop asking me to do it again or leave a review. Instead of this intrusive behaviour, the app should simply provide a straightforward interface with all my layovers planned. If I could, I would give this app a 0-star rating. It’s always a frustrating experience no matter what. Unless I click on a reservation on my trip, it doesn’t work. The login is designed poorly so iPhone can’t save the password properly and I can’t find it easily. Usually takes about 20 minutes to show my hotels after I’m placed on a sequence. ### 4/5 — Hotel Brand Loyalty Number *2024-09-07* The app is great for providing feedback to the hotels (good and bad) which allows our hotel committees to make more informed decisions. Please improve the app and allow us to save our hotel brand loyalty numbers in the app. This will save us from having to physically write them down on the checkin paper every time we arrive at a hotel. ### 4/5 — Good but cumbersome *2024-04-09* I love this app and it has made improvements in the last year, but there are still some interface issues. If you don’t leave feedback for a previous stay as soon as you open the app, you can’t go back and leave feedback without having to fill out the whole compliment/complaint form. That form is also cumbersome and doesn’t allow for wiggle room in the drop down menu. ### 3/5 — Good, could be great *2025-02-18* Needs: Dark mode. Calendar integration. Much more offline functionality, especially map cache.
