This app doesn’t work at all. I have no problem signing into the pharmacy website, but when I try to sign into the app I keep getting error messages.

The pharmacist called me and told me to download this because I was upset that refills submitted via healow were never ready when I came to get them. 
At least healow kinda works... this is abs useless...

I have tried to sign up as well as just do a quick refill and neither methods work. For the sign up, it continually says the form is incomplete despite having filled in every field, and for the quick refill, there is no designated format to follow for entering birth date (the same applies for the sign up form). I’ve tried every combination to no avail. Why have the app if it doesn’t work?
