Constant tweeks and struggling to get near my FTP. Friend recommended this app, I was desperate and was ready to try anything. After submitting video, it suggested to raise my saddle 2.4cm. I thought “no way” but I did it anyway. Boom. Bike finally feels right again. I had been going in the wrong direction. And use the excuse of my wife doing a charity ride to do a bike fit on a the app was so easy to use and explained everything very well. I’ve been struggling with knee pain when riding but after using the app and the feedback around positioning after reviewing me peddling etc I made the suggested changes and so far so good. But after around with which jersey I was wearing I was finally able to get it to work. My two big criticisms is that it is difficult to find out how to contact their support. The app doesn’t offer any way to contact customer support either. Just a FAQ that wasn’t particularly helpful.
