It’s functional for the most part. Periodically there are parts of the app that stop working. The Zelle section of the app randomly stopped working today. Zelle section does not render and appears blank. Better luck next time? ### 2/5 — Mobile Deposit Issue *2023-11-03, version 4009.2.2* New app isn’t working for mobile deposit. It shows a “checking registration” message then never loads…..Old app worked better. ### 3/5 — APLFCU is a great bank, app could be better *2023-10-01, version 4009.2.2* APLFCU recently re-wrote their online banking app. They addressed a lot of issues and improved security. The one big thing they missed is the iPad app. It is vertical aspect only. Seems like a big over-site for people that use a keyboard with their iPad. The big “loan” button along bottom menu is an annoyance. The app keeps crashing and bringing up pages of coding. I have never used an app that made it so difficult to pay my bills. ### 1/5 — Worse than the previous version *2023-10-02, version 4009.2.2* The old app used to work, then several months ago it constantly failed to load at all. It say there a error .i have to call the bank to re log back in and change my password. His has happened more 3 times . I finally had to load it on my phone and deposit the check. ### 1/5 — I hate almost everything about this app *2021-06-28, version APLFCU 20.2* It just took me about half an hour to deposit 3 checks via mobile deposit. First, facial recognition disappeared and I had to delete my device and reinstall it. (Thank you to the reviewer who mentioned the solution!) Second, the camera no longer allows you to adjust the image and it took a dozen attempts for it to accept my photo, “too dark, corners folded”, despite it being in direct light and perfect corners. APL FCU is an excellent Credit Union that we have exclusively used for around 35 years. No other place was ever considered. I would rate it 5 star for their Staff, availability and excellence in “tracking a hacking”! My reason for a star lower is the newest online information for the accounts is not as User Friendly as previous. All in all, it is probably a better and safer program but it is still a bit more difficult to use. ### 5/5 — Horrible app *2021-06-30, version APLFCU 20.2* The new app is horrible.
