## What is APLAR 2026 Track?

APLAR 2026 Track is the official attendance management and lead retrieval app for APLAR 2026. Designed for authorised event staff, exhibitors, sponsors and industry partners, the app provides a fast and efficient way to scan delegate badges, record attendance and capture engagement throughout the congress.

Exhibitors, sponsors and approved industry partners can use the app's lead retrieval functionality to scan delegate badges and collect contact information from consenting attendees. Captured leads can be accessed for post-event follow-up, helping organisations measure engagement and maximise their congress participation.

The application supports attendance monitoring across congress sessions, workshops and activities, helping organisers accurately record participation and generate attendance reports where required. Event staff can quickly verify registrations, manage access and track delegate participation throughout the event.

Key features include:

• Badge scanning and participant identification
 • Session attendance tracking and reporting
 • Lead retrieval for authorised exhibitors and sponsors
 • Real-time capture of attendee engagement
 • Fast and secure access for approved users
 • Exportable attendance and lead data

APLAR 2026 will be held at the COEX Convention and Exhibition Centre in Seoul, Republic of Korea, bringing together rheumatology professionals, researchers, healthcare practitioners and industry representatives from across the Asia Pacific region and beyond. The app forms an important part of the event's operational infrastructure, enabling efficient attendance management and facilitating valuable connections between delegates and industry partners.

Important: This application is intended for authorised event personnel, exhibitors, sponsors and approved partners only. Delegates should download the official APLAR 2026 Congress app for access to the scientific program, event information and attendee networking features.
