I tried so many times to checkout with my order and finally called the help line. She sounded annoyed and placed me on hold then came back and said she would send me a bill and I could pay by check. I finally deleted my order and started again. I got it thru but it took so long the price went up $25. I was really annoyed. She will get old someday too.
