Forcing people to use an app instead of a website is horrible practice.

This application is practically useless. Go figure the only thing they make sure that works is the payment functionality. Why do we pay HOA fees again?

I usually opt for email notifications and e-statemnets to have an electronic record just in case. But this app doesn’t allow to opt for email notifications. I have tred to opt in for app push notifications but it doesn’t stay logged in continuously, logs out after sometime which basically not sending notifications. Because of this every time community posts a bill I am not getting e-notifications and there has been late fees charged by community. This is the only app that I had to pay late fees charged because of app’s poor design and performance.

Terrible, had to download to try and setup HOA payments and this is the most backwards un-userfriendly app known to man. Can we please, either fix this app or stop using it

Forcing people to use an app that just loads webpages does not make for a good experience. Adding in payment “convince” free to force people to pay more is even worse.

I downloaded this app per an association fee statement that indicated it makes payments easy. However, there is nothing on the app to click that allows for creation of a new login to access your account. It just goes straight to a login screen for those who already have a login. Don’t waste your time with this one.
