## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No instructions - do not buy

*2017-03-27*

Not user friendly as instructions are inadequate. Regret buying.

### 1/5 — Stinks

*2017-03-25*

I agree with the criticism that there is no instruction. The "instructions" section is really a disclaimer that provides no guidance on how to perform the exercises. I can hold my breath and look at my watch for free.

### 1/5 — Should be free - do not waste your money

*2017-03-12*

This app comes with zero instructions on how to use, so unless you are familiar with apnea breathing techniques and terminology, this app is worthless. At its best, its a basic glorified timer, and the app offers nothing that a regular stopwatch/tracker app can't do. Don't waste your money on this, I'm sorry that I did.

### 1/5 — CO2 table 1:00 min

*2016-04-26*

Can't go below 1 minute ventilate time on CO2 table. Log book only records date/time and number of sessions; recording V & A would have been helpful.

### 2/5 — Remove 1 minute rest limit

*2016-08-15, version 2.1.0*

Great app but 1 minute rest period needs to be taken away.

### 2/5 — Apnea

*2016-01-30, version 2.0.0*

Not a lot of experience with these apps not impressed though

### 2/5 — HR not working

*2015-05-22*

Bought this app only cuz of HR option. Shown on screenshot. But turning it on practically does nothing. Other than that its basic apnea tables.

### 2/5 — Sleek and shiny but with little substance

*2015-01-14, version 1.2.1*

Does not differ much from other apps which are cheaper or free. Allows for exercise recording but no export. No heart rate monitor support (unlike other apps) little or no software support.

### 3/5 — Good but could be better

*2016-11-23*

My main complaint is the log book. It only shows you the exercise you did, number of cycles, and the date and time. I think it's pretty reasonable to expect that people using this app would want to see details for each exercise. Show me the ventilation times and breath hold times. For future development people want to see long-term trends. Graphs!

### 3/5 — Fix timer limits

*2015-04-04, version 1.2.1*

A good looking app, but ineffective. It prevents custom CO2 tables from having a rest time of under 1 minute, thus rendering them pointless. Would be a perfect app if they simply removed the auto-minimum 1 minute value.

## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Yo

*2016-01-10*

Great app, let's you work on your o2 and co2 tables, and will make a table for you based off your max breath hold time, a couple improvements could be made though
1- having a countdown before your breath hold
2- ability to save in the log book your max breath hold time
3- in the log book it should have the option of seeing the settings you used on the tables you went through, instead it just tells you what table you did and the date
Other than that it's a great app

### 5/5 — Definitions

*2015-10-10*

Would like to know what ventilate and apnea mean ?

### 5/5 — The best one

*2014-11-16*

I have tried all of the apnea static table apps and this is the best one by far. Most flexibility. Built by free-divers for free-divers.

### 4/5 — Great App, Needs One Enhancement Though

*2016-01-18*

This is a great app for CO2 and O2 tables as well as max breath hold. The log lets you track your progress. The user interface is nicely designed and built. My main gripe with this otherwise great app is it doesn’t give you the option to have an audible countdown timer. I do my tables lying flat with my eyes closed. Not knowing when the ventilation period is ending means I have to open my eyes and raise my head to check the timer. This is a major oversight and the reason I didn’t give this well designed app five stars.

### 3/5 — good, but some settings are not freely adjustable

*2015-02-20*

The CO2 table settings won't let me go under 1min of ventilation. Other than that, it seems good. I haven't had similar issues with the oxygen settings.

### 3/5 — Almost perfect

*2014-11-08*

It’s an app that takes your freediving Apnea table and makes it super easy to follow. There is an O2 table, Co2, and Pranayama table that most freedivers will be looking for. However, the biggest flaw, and its a big one, is that it doesn’t help you keep track of your Apnea PR. You would basically have to remember, or write down, your longest hold to see if you are improving. They should definitely have a log that can graph how you’ve improved after you start training.
