## What is Apneue?

Apneue is a simple apnea training app for breath-hold practice and structured breathing, designed for clarity, consistency, and calm.

Test your maximum hold and track progress over time. Generate CO₂ and O₂ tables from your max hold or customize them to match your training style. Use the visually guided box breathing sessions to practice controlled and relaxed breathing.

Review your sessions with detailed statistics, Apple Health integration, and optional reminders. Smooth wave animations keep training focused and and distraction-free, while optional customization unlocks additional themes and alternate app icons.

All core functionality is free. Apneue is an independent app built and maintained by a single developer with a focus on simplicity, usability, and privacy.
