## What is apnia?

Apnia is a social training platform for freedivers. Discover new places to freedive, log your personal bests, and stay connected with the people you dive with.

YOUR PROGRESS, TOGETHER
• Discover freediving spots, schools, clubs, and hubs on the Freedive map
• Log and track personal bests across disciplines
• Follow buddies and see their latest depths and times
• Share updates and celebrate milestones on your feed
• Create polished share images and videos for a full session or selected dive
• Connect with divers in your country and beyond
• Get notified when buddies hit new PBs or follow you back

BUILT FOR TRAINING, NOT COMPETITION
Apnia focuses on discovery, progression, and safety—not leaderboards or pressure. Explore community-sourced places, then verify local access, conditions, and safety requirements before every session. Whether you're working on your first static or pushing depth with a trusted buddy, Apnia helps you train smarter and stay connected.

SAFETY FIRST
Freediving is inherently risky. Apnia is a training and social tool—not a substitute for proper instruction, certified supervision, or safe diving practices. Never dive alone. Always dive within your limits and with appropriate safety protocols.
Apnia is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Join the apnia community and dive deeper, together.
