Worst customer support lady there was pathetic don’t know what to do
They overcharged you.
And they will not amend their mistakes.
Money you save while using this app.
They loot all within 2-3 rides they overcharged you. Showing fare 60 and taking 100 at end.
So better to use uber or ola atleast they listen to you and help you.

This application is worst. There are lot of improvements that are required in this application. It does not show the driver location and sometimes the driver does not come sometimes. I booked a cab on 07/01/2019 at 12.42 pm and it was showing that driver eta is around 9 minutes. I called the driver and he told me that he is coming in 5 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes, I called him again and it was showing the number does not exist and I called the customer care number and she told me this number is different what it was showing on the application. She told me to cancel the booking and rebook it again. I want to ask to the Company that what type of service is this and I will suggest to please inform earlier that driver is not coming and there is no need to wait so that the person can arrange it accordingly.

Guys this application is a big blunder. This fraud company will show 210 ₹ estimated fare and then will charge 510 from you and guess what that too,  without any traffic congestion or delay.. A huge disappointment. So if you want to spend more than double for a simple ride only then hire this. Moreover, not any route will be shown on your mobile while traveling so there is zero security and comfort for female users. Total waste and fraud company.

App needs more testing. I uninstalled the app and then when I again installed it but forgot the password so used forget password section. Even After changing the password I am not able to login.
