## What is Apnoea Training & Testing?

This App is develped for apnoea exercise. The main functions are time counting and record saving.

Attention:
1. Due to apnoea is a risky activity, please do the exercise with the guidance from experienced coach. This App can't make training content and plan for you. It is just a additional tool for counting and recoding.
2. User must lie on a bed while training or testing. Do not do it under water without parter. It will be very dangerous.
3. Please plan your training according to your body condition. This App is not responsible for any situation.


Training:
1. There are 10 round for each training, and each round contains inhaling, holding and exhaling.
2. The time of holding and exhaling will be adjusted to suggested value while tuning the time of inhaling.
3. If you tuning the time of holding or exhaling, the two others won't change.

Testing:
1. Click the Start button to start/stop the test. It will ask you to save the score or not to save.
2. The history score display below the start button as curve chart.

This is nothing more than a stop watch, no instructions warnings or any guidance on what and how. As a beginner in breath training I would judge this app as highly dangerous
