앱으로 바로 검사가능 병원가서 수면다원검사대신 권해서 받았는데 앱만쓰면되서 편했고 실비보험도가능해서 좋았습니다

요즘 잠을 자도 개운하지않고 계속 피곤해서 병원갔더니 수면 진단할 수 있는 앱이라고 쓰고 오라고 하셔서 썼는데 내가 코골이도 있고 수면 무호흡도 약간 있는 편이란 걸 알 수 있었음

몇번 쓰다보니 밤에 잘 때마다 수면 검사 결과가 나와서 뭔가 수면 일기같기도 하고 신기함 

근데 좀 아쉬운 점은 병원에서 알려준 환자코드를 입력 해서 일정 기간동안 쓰는거라 나중에는 환자코드 없이도 따로 개인적으로 꾸준하게 사용할 수 있으면 좋겠다 싶었음
