Intelligent Rounding Lists mICE Provides Intelligent Rounding Lists that are updated throughout the day and reflect updates and changes to the user, instantaneously. Changes made by anyone in the mICE ecosystem are automatically reflected in the clinician’s rounding list. Improved Team Communication mICE provides information at the fingertips of the provider to enhance all aspects of patient care. It does this via access to information such as which clinician cared for the patient immediately prior to the current clinician or the patient’s current PCP (as well as instant access to the clinicians’ cell phones or the ability to contact team members via the built-in secure messaging platform). Clinicians can also enter information regarding Pending Actions such as Checkout Items, Follow-up or Pending Studies. Smart Metric Gathering mICE gathers pertinent quality metrics everywhere required, but prompts clinicians only when necessary, using AI to determine when questions should be asked and avoiding them when they will provide no value. This allows providers to provide valuable information on areas such as Readmissions, Clinical Pathways, Barriers to Discharge, and Patient Callbacks post discharge. mICE is also optionally capable of tracking participation in the Quality Payment Program (QPP), using AI to ask only for pertinent information. Efficient Coding and Billing Entry mICE allows quick entry of ICE codes, providing AI-constructed coding lists that reduce the vast number of ICD codes available down to a manageable number. Clinicians can also set specific favorite codes, reducing the set of available codes even further. Searching is enhanced by allowing the entry of custom keywords applicable to specific individual codes. Billing is quick as well, also allowing providers to set specific favorite codes or allowing the system to prominently display often-used codes to speed entry.
