### 1/5 — DON’T USE | Worst App ever seen

DONT BUY FROM APOLLO 247 app. Worst App I have ever seen. Full of glitches. Irresponsible customer support and grevince cell. 1st order: they promised to delivery it in 3 hrs but agent cancelled it after 6 hrs saying it will not be feasible for me to delivery. It’s far away from store. My question was why it has been assigned to 10-15 km away store even there are 2 stores near me within 500m range. And surprisingly product was available at the nearby store as after there cancellation I bought the products from that nearby store.
2nd order: they have delivered incomplete order. Customer support and grevience cell is not at all supportive. In first call, they asked for product images. In second call, they asked for physical bill, I don’t understand why they need physical bill, even all the information along with bill is available in app and with backend team. Also, when I asked for ETA, they became completely ignorant and told me that we can not provide you with any ETA. And one more interesting thing, Apollo 247 is sending me ticket closure mail for every update. When I told them about the same, then they started asking for mail screenshot and one executive is making compulsory for my ticket resolution. Seriously, now they need customer help for bug resolution otherwise not going to resolve your issue.
 
Now it has been 5 days for my issue but there is no update from backend team of Apollo 247.

I have booked test for my mum package was platinum full bpdy check up but was utterly disappointed with the service. The lab boy has not come for sample pick up for ppbs when i contacted customer care regarding this , they were not of much help, service agents were rude and impolite and answers i do not know to every question.. i even remeber their names himani and manoj , i do not know why they are doing this job when they are cluless and rude. Its a today waste of money , i felt it as a scam to lure people with discounts , its always better to go to the nearest hospital and give tests as apollo online sevices has no reliability as himani -the customer care girl has mentioned that sample is evaluated in some third party lab and has nothing to with apollo labs and apollo being this big entity maintaining such low standards is very disappointing. Its like naam bada naseeb khota type… very bad service… please do not waste money on these kind of services and i request apollo higher officials to look into these issues because broadcasting something and providing some other thing is a scam

### 1/5 — Buy from medical stores!

Firstly if it is with respect to app development, then there is little to point out. But the company itself is extremely dubious. They do not understand difference between urgency of normal product deliveries vs medicine deliveries. All my “fast” deliveries till date have been marked delivered, since they want to show they completed before the timeline, but without delivering the medicines. They take their own sweet time for that. I spent 3 days talking to customer care and trying to communicate through app but you hit a stonewall since most of it is AI driven. If you want to track your delivery, the AI chat gives you a button to call rider but it will not do this itself. No way to track if delivery was actually done! I have deleted this app now since the last time this thing happened, they didn’t deliver the product and rejected my refund request saying I didn’t pick up call. My humble request to everyone, check with your local trusted medical store, ask him if they can deliver if you cant go. Offer them some amount to cover as delivery charges, but it will save you time, reduce your stress and more importantly you will have medicines at the time when you want it.

### 1/5 — Partial Fake Reports

I booked a full body check up. Got no issues till the blood samples were collected. They didn’t gave the full report. Thyroid related all tests were missing. After many customer support connections they added TSH, but T3, T4 tests are still pending after 4 months. I have regularly tried to connect them but they always give you number for another department. 
Once I got a call from their customer support they mentioned that there was some issue and they won’t be able to calculate my test results and mentioned that they will add 200 apollo coins to my profile. I said you can take the blood sample again but do that tests as I require it specifically as my doctor said. They still didn’t want to do the tests. They asked me to re book the tests so that I can have it retested. In that case I just asked them if 200 apollo coins is enough to rebook the same missing tests they said YES. I didn’t think much and agreed to get the apollo coins to rebook as I was moving back to town. After I came back I again contacted support to book the same tests, but now they said  I will need to pay 900rs more on top of 200 apollo coins. Then why did they said that I will be able to book the tests in same amount.
The 200 apollo coins were just a false hope of rebooking the tests. In reality it is of no use. I made a mistake by not taking a complete refund.

I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent online consultation request.

On the first day, I waited from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., repeatedly being told that I would receive a call within 10–15 minutes. The consultation never happened.

On the following day, I again waited from 10:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m and throughout the day I was continuously informed that the doctor or team would call “in 10 minutes,” “in 15 minutes,” or “shortly.” Despite waiting the entire day, I did not receive any consultation. I had already uploaded all required medical details and completed every necessary step from my side. However, I received no proper follow-up and no consultation at all.

If online consultations cannot be managed properly, it would be more appropriate to inform patients upfront rather than making them wait for hours in uncertainty. Patients seek medical assistance when they are unwell, and such delays are not only inconvenient but extremely frustrating.

This was my first experience with an online consultation, and unfortunately, it has left me with a very poor impression of your services. I am deeply disappointed by the handling of this situation.

At this point, I do not wish to receive further calls regarding this consultation. I hope you take this matter seriously and work toward improving your service standards so that other patients do not go through a similar experience.

### 2/5 — Apollo MyCircle – Misleading Offers, Poor Service & No Accountability

I regret joining Apollo MyCircle. They advertise attractive discounts, cashback, and free lab tests, but the reality is far from it. On my first order ( approx ₹3,500), I was shown a ₹448 cashback offer along with standard discounts and a free lab test if I join their Circle membership. But, they don’t clarify that you can either get a discount (0–15%) or cashback - not both. The “free” lab test also comes with a catch: you must book a higher-priced test, often more expensive than market rates.
Even with membership, I received only a 10% discount after applying a coupon. Their support confirmed that using coupons disqualifies you from earning Health Credits. On my second order, they promised 4-hour delivery—no one showed up. I followed up the next day and got no resolution, just a generic “we’ve noted your issue.”
Honestly, local pharmacies offer 10–12% discounts upfront without any membership drama. Apollo’s approach feels misleading, especially considering the high margins (often 100–300%) on many medicines. Worst of all, when I requested to cancel the membership and get a refund, they didn’t even bother to respond.

Only one suggestion Avoid Apollo Pharmacy Circle.

They will charge extremely more for normal blood tests and they will deliberately not provide the calling number of the person. After 1-2 hours you will notice no one has arrived and even if you call earlier they will not answer. Finally they will say reschedule and do fasting for another 12 hours i will come tomorrow. I not only paid extra but basically got absolutely no results either. I have never seen such blatant misuse of medical app to earn more money. Disgusting and pathetic I hope these people start treating people like fellow humans instead of treating them like a profit making machine. Its disgraceful and really shameful these people should be ashamed

Update : Its been 3days no refund was made. Cancellation is processed. You guys are cheats and nothing more than that stealing people’s hard earned money in the name of providing medical assistance and then neither providing the service nor returning the money. The company and representatives are all cheaters, they are saying call your bank if you dont get refund instead when they havent even initiated any refund to me. The worst mistake of my life was to book a medical service for my parents using this app i have 11,000 and i will never get it back. I still cant believe that apollo can be this greedy and such big cheaters. I cant even get my parents to take a medical test since I dont have enough money. This is wrong on each and every level. I hope the people running this family, the customer agents running the fraud calls realize what they are playing with is someone’s life. I hope they do better.

### 2/5 — Agents denied pickup

I had booked lab tests from Apollo a few times in the past and it was very smooth, but this time the experience is horrible. On day 1 the agent called me and I couldn’t pickup then I tried calling him for fifteen minutes but his phone was not reachable and then when I could connect to him, he didn’t arrive to collect the samples stating that he had left for a different location. I talked to the customer support they took almost an hour and then fixed the schedule for next day. And next day I called the agent before time to skin any inconvenience, but the agent just denied casually saying that your location is not in my service area so he won’t come and then I again contacted the customer support they again were asking for 1-2 hours; and the samples had to be collected in fasting so obviously I had to cancel the test order. I have to submit the reports on Monday and then Doctor will decide about the surgery so I booked the test for Friday now its Saturday tomorrow is Republic Day, and now I was stuck because of the Apollo team.

I recently placed an order and was informed through the app that it would be delivered in two days. However, the app and messages kept stating that the order was out for delivery and would arrive by 11 pm. This continued for the next seven days, resulting in a week's delay. During this period, I repeatedly contacted customer service to inquire about the status of my order. They consistently lied, assuring me that the order would be delivered that day. When I asked to cancel the order, they informed me that cancellation was only possible by rejecting the order at my doorstep—a scenario that seemed impossible as they had no intention of delivering it. Apparently, the company has no mechanism to cancel an order placed on their site. Frustrated, I decided to file a complaint with the grievance officer and requested the order to be canceled. He assured me that it had been canceled and that I would be notified the same day, with a refund issued within 48 hours. Now, 48 hours have passed, and neither has the order been canceled nor has the refund been processed. This company is utterly fraudulent with the most incompetent customer service. Do not believe them when they redirect you to another person, promising resolution. Even if the final resolver is the CEO or owner, they will only waste your time. I now have no way to resolve this issue, and my money has effectively been stolen by this firm. This has been the worst experience ever.

I am taking this time to write survey to warn people that this app has the worst customer service. Being in healthcare sector you cannot be this careless and gives no right to play with people’s health. I am sick and dr’s prescribed medicine was out of stock in nearby pharmacy so i placed order on apollo pharmacy, this is my second time placing order for medicine and earlier experience was average. Person is sick so obviously they need prescribed medicine as soon as possible but instead apollo showed it 2 days to get delivered. Due to health issue i was okay without medicine for 48 hours but after that they cancelled the order and refunded the amount instantly. Like i waited for 48 hours for nothing??? 
Being in healthcare sector it should be imp for apollo to inform soon if medicine is not available. Order gets cancelled without any confirmation from my end and on chat agent “Badal Rathore Cogent” asked me to place new order and they will “SEE” what they can do to get the medicine. I mean this is your professionalism? If you cannot do your jobs correctly at least inform patient in advance so they can do something from their end to get medicine or you were waiting for patient to die? And later might call just to check if they died or still need medicine?
