Not sure if the software is updated to perform with all the newer updates thats has come out on PC & smartphone’s, but now when I try to upload photos, videos, music and all other types of files it just take too long. ### 1/5 — Always crashing *2022-12-30, version 2.1.9.6* Very unreliable on all my devices. Et sur Mac Big Sure l’application ne fonctionne pas du tout: programme obsolète? Fonctionnait bien il y a une année. Regardez l’historique des updates et compatibilité des systèmes d’ exploitation avant d’acheter. ### 2/5 — Used for years now done *2021-02-21, version 2.1.9.3* Used this wireless hard drive for years and liked it kinda. Not exactly the fastest thing in the world. Finally organized the mess and cleared the drive clean and changed the email associated with it and now it says invalid email after getting emails and being told it was changed. Lol no idea. But I backed all my items up to other drives and saying so long. Slow only somewhat useful and also the need to have it hard wired in doesn’t appeal to me a ton either ### 1/5 — Apollo app *2020-03-16, version 2.1.8.6* The app keeps crashing every time I open it. ### 2/5 — Buen equipo mala APP *2020-01-22* El equipo es muy bueno, y funciona muy bien, pero la App es muy básica, con pocas funcionalidades. ### 4/5 — Missing Features *2019-12-30* Basically this is the best iOS App of any NAS/Cloud HDD, but: Password rules and 2FA should be standard for today’s data security! And why can not get all users push notifications for new comments on photos and files? I hope there will be also higher capacities available soon, 8TB is very low, especially when you use RAID1 and make also TimeMachine Backups... ### 1/5 — Keeps crashing *2019-10-22, version 2.1.8.5* I updated the app and I just can’t make it run. As soon as I open it... it crashes almost immediately. The firmware is up to date, everything looks fine. Wasted 40 minutes of my time live chatting with their live chat support and they could not give me an answer. I hope it’s a bug and they fix it soon. ### 5/5 — Fantastic app *2019-07-21, version 2.1.7* I am not sure where those bad comments come. I am enginner and work across all country. Since I had my 2tb apollo at home and my app in ipad i can browse all my docs, movies, books and everything what is on my drive at home. I can even watch movies, read comic books and listen music which is 300 miles from my hotel. Absolutely fantastic solution. ### 4/5 — Inzwischen richtig gut *2019-07-08* Ich kann inzwischen die Apollo-Cloud absolut empfehlen. Austausch zwischen MAC und iOS funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Sahnehäubchen wäre, wenn man die Fotos auch im Original- Format HEIC speichern könnte. Bei der WD-cloud und beim FileBrowser funktioniert das! Nur aufpassen Apple selbst hat ein nicht so richtig drauf. Wer wer „Dateien“ verwendet muss mit Datenverlust rechnen.
