They just know how to promote the app but the app actually don’t work. For iPhone, it’s been 2 months since it’s down and the app won’t open, even then when it works the loading time and the whole interface is not simple and clean to use. Even the official BOA app have crapy system and it disappears the amount of money that i have transferred to another bank and it even don’t recover it, i have lost total of money 8000ETB with this problem.
