They will keep selling anything that u May asks for months without any objections, but when they are in faulty mood, that will insist on prescription. On reminding them to check last 6 months records where they have sold similar medicine without even blinking eyebrows, they will suddenly become aggressive, rude and do not mind even humiliating customer in front of other customer. It may not matter to Apollo to loose one client, but if this behaviour continues and zuber type of store Incharge keep behaving rudely, more customers will go.
