I have been kicked out again for a few days and this is the first time I can't even get through to support to see what's happening or to get back in. Not sound advice when they couldn’t even fix the issue, so make another profile so they still can’t fix the issue. Now my IPad won’t connect, it kept logging out every time I wasn’t on it and then it goes to default driving. Now i have to use my iPhone. Should have went with Motive. Also customer support will tell you staying off duty for 2 hours or more doesn’t freeze your 14 hour clock which is a lie. This app hasn’t been updated in a year. It’s complete garbage. ### 1/5 — It’s ok *2025-02-04* Some of the major problems is there’s no state line. Plus when I’m stopped in sleeper I get up I was driving for 6min then it goes into on duty hopefully it got fixed. Plus the clock’s lagging by 2 min. There is absolutely no need to track people after they’ve logged off. Change it to “only while using” like every other app 🤬. Fix spelling mistakes in pre trip part of the app. Not even sure if your app is legitimate at this point. All the warnings when you log into the app are completely unnecessary. I’m aware I need to do a pre trip. Also why do I have to enter the kilometres so many times. Probably the most important when fueling up please fix it! Should be able to enter fueling when off duty. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are always up and rolling. Even on evenings and weekends she is available for support. I didn’t have to punch in my location every single time I switched from either being on time driving to even punching out I have to punch in my location on every single time I punch before the GPS retract me even through the trucks that we drive and show where the trucks are, but it won’t show you where your GPS is I would like that fix that be nice. ### 3/5 — Split sleeper *2023-02-13* Been using this for a few days, says in the update list that split sleeper provision is available but I sure can’t find it for new split sleeper rules with stopper clock on the 8 hours. Still uses old regulations. Until this changes, would avoid it as loses track of time and having to do math by hand and make annointments constantly. ### 2/5 — Location not registering *2026-08-24* Since the last update, I have to enter the location manually each time. The app diagnostics shows that everything is green and passes but once I go to change my status, I have to manually enter my location. The D and M are also red.
