Instead of searching Google where to go with friends, dates, colleagues, I can just open Apollo app. There’s concerts, restaurants, game spaces like sour mouse, etc. most of the venues have reduced pricing on food and drinks. I’ve read other user experiences but it’s almost impossible for any business to please everyone. My friends and I haven’t had much issues so far. All friendly and accommodating. Except for one Venue not able to purchase via app but still had perks as a member. I recommend just try the app. It’s a secured through Apple Pay (android unavailable) and is usually a smooth transaction with venue and guest. When you’re looking for Ny night life experience, download and use Apollo ID. ### 5/5 — Amazing app!! *2022-10-03, version 4.4.1* I made an account with Apollo ID while I was visiting one the of the venues I frequent. An Apollo ID employee approached me and asked if I had membership at the venue- I had no idea what she was referring to. She gave me a brief and well explained summary of the pros of using Apollo ID- benefits for going to your favorite venues/every dollar amount spent is recognized and empowers you at the venue. Honestly, so cool. I’ve been going to the same venues, have zero recognition/the money I spend doesn’t give me any leeway for my next visit…this app changes everything. Thankful for Apollo ID- it has truly enhanced my experience at my favorite restaurants, bars and clubs! I got stuck in the signup flow and had to delete the app and redownload and even then had to use a different phone number to sign up. This app has cost me hundreds of dollars due to server delays. Promos a presale to buy through the app since it is the only platform it’s currently available on but the app won’t even load and keeps crashing. Not even a waiting queue available for this presale. Maybe there’s too much traffic to the app right now, but seems like no one can even access this presale, which is making me question if it’s even real. Additionally, there’s no helpful information to really navigate this presale besides waiting for this app to load. Ultimately, I stared at a loading screen for 20 minutes trying to buy these tickets since I really wanted them but it never worked. I downloaded because we met the founders and they were super nice. Unfortunately our experiences at den social and the other places they support were really racist (as in didn’t let people in that were not attractive East Asian women despite us having the app) and the people manning the Apollo ID line were supporting them by bringing people behind us in the line into the club first because they met the criteria. The Apollo id people also acted like we were not supposed to be there and asked us if we had the app three times even thought they didn’t ask other people, because we weren’t East Asian. It was an awful experience and immediately deleted the app after that. ### 1/5 — Mostly fake reviews *2022-06-27, version 3.2.7* Vip line depends if the club line big or not. So you can’t buy VIP access $50 to get rapid entry. There no point having the app. The only point having app is getting VIP entry. I was pitched at it at one of their venues (sour mouse) and was a bit skeptical at first. How can such a membership be of free to users and reward you with perks! But that’s exactly what this is. It turns out Apollo ID is partnered with venues that I already have been to and go frequently, I just wished I was told about it earlier so I can start redeeming and upping my status as a member.
