Waiting for the next update. ### 2/5 — The App Now Crashes Every Time I Open It *2026-06-08, version 4.5.18233* Dear Apollo, I have been using your app for a few months now for my Phantom 2.0, however all of a sudden your app crashes every time I try to open and use it. I’m using IOS 16 and have updated to its latest version, tried rebooting the phone, and tried deleting and reinstalling this app but nothing seems to be making it work again. I like your app but the big bug issues out of nowhere make it unusable for me, I would greatly appreciate it if you guys can fix the app and make it work again. It didn’t used to be this bad even after the app refresh but now it drains 10% every 15 mins it’s CRAZY and makes way harder to use cause I gotta keep juicing my phone. Also AI? Get that bloat out of there what do I need AI for on my friggen dashboard? It’s the app, I can’t reply back to the support agent for some unknown reasons, it says it was delivered but my text doesn’t show or pop out and I get no reply. When I hold my scooter my Apollo go 2024 it used to say 30 on the display screen and limit at that. In the app it used to allow me to put the speed limit on 37 basically disabling the speed limit. Now the highest limit for it is 28mph on the app I was able to go faster. Please fix this Apollo and also fix the Ludo mode there is no option for it ### 3/5 — It’s OK *2025-09-16, version 3.21.12013* Decent features but a widget for battery, better UI, Liquid Glass, and cleaner experience would help a lot. ### 2/5 — Slow and cumbersome *2025-09-06, version 3.21. 10898* The app is very slow to launch on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Once it starts, you need to log in, and as of now it’s not remembering my login. Once you’ve actually logged in, you get a google maps consent prompt EVERY TIME you open the app. THEN you have to connect to the scooter, which takes a ridiculous amount of time. Finally once I’ve done all that, I can LOCK my scooter, which is literally all I want to do most frequently. ### 3/5 — Apollo City *2025-08-29, version 3.21. 10898* My Apollo city scooter is well built, but my only complaint is that the accelerator button is very sensitive, so you stop and go, with very little effort. It is very difficult to control., And my girlfriend said that she could not keep a constant speed. It seems to be way too touchy. They’re now only available after riding several kilometres. Which is completely stupid. Why give us access to a feature and then take it away? ### 1/5 — App won’t work *2026-07-27, version 4.7.18296* I have an iPhone8 and the app doesn’t even open for me anymore. I put my Apollo V4 in park mode and I was stuck. The app would open or even work on my phone and I couldn’t get that scooter out of park mode. Is there a reason why? It’s all a scam. The same junk quality as the hardware, my phantom stellar was embarrassing to ride. I guess this will be going in the trash now… DO NOT BUY. ### 1/5 — Great app, tons of bugs! *2026-05-31, version 4.5.18189* After this new “redesign” of the Apollo app, I have had countless issues! Mainly, where it takes a very long time to connect to my scooter, and switches between “warming up” and “disconnected” in a forever loop. It randomly works, randomly fails. Makes me think this whole app was vibe coded, lol. ### 1/5 — Apollo 2.0 *2026-01-09, version 3.21.12183* It’s crazy to think that Apollo is trying to upgrade their ecosystem and their scooters just so everybody’s aware the Apollo Scooter was actually becoming weaker than it used to be. There’s a lot more issues with their new current 2.0 scooters and you know I see that the reviews are very low here on the Apple side but yeah android app doesn’t work. I will always be a hater of Apollo because they wasted my time my warranty, they tested my safety on life by selling me a scooter that snapped in half and then blamed me everybody please be aware that this company is not the greatest also, they’ll call you personally fluff you up a little bit promise to send you a scooter that will help you fix your stuff Cokes you in a deleting your Facebook page about how bad Apollo is cause it was gaining traction and then just leave. ### 1/5 — Nothing premium *2026-01-07, version 3.21.12183* Crushing, slow to connect, limited options, it’s just an basic entry app nothing like they promote at YouTube videos, just like their scooters products. You cannot talk to a human no matter what it’s ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Impossible to reset pin, awful customer service *2025-07-18, version 3.21.10489* Had a repair done on my scooter at an authorized dealer which reset everything. I had to change my pin on the app. After dozens of attempts over a week they still haven’t sent me a verification email… I got their AI chatbot… told me to go into settings to reset my… but their chatbot didn’t get the memo that “settings” requires a valid pin and then app pop-up makes everything completely inaccessible. I’ve sent multiple emails, tried a few phone numbers, cursed out their AI chatbot… I’m literally just asking them to send a likely “auto generated “ email so I can use THEIR product! Really???? BBB is my next step… although I think they’re Canadian… not sure how that works. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Très bonne application interactive *2026-08-22, version 4.8.18318* L’application est bien pensé. Elle te sert de GPS permet d’ajuster les paramètres de vitesse du scooter. Elle est connecter avec ton compte Apollo et permet d’accumuler des Amps qui donne des crédits à l’achat d’accessoire. Once you get a hang of how your power output works you know when your tires are a few pounds low. I love how you can set speed limits however I’d like the ability to set power limits too. Eco is useless guys! Let’s change that up!!
