Если Вы готовы, что за время тренировки Вы посмотрите столько же рекламных блоков, сколько будет упражнений в вашем комплексе - то вперёд, можно скачивать. Только рекламные блоки будут самые настоящие, они займут все время отдыха между упражнениями, причём закрывать их придётся вручную, нажимая стрелочки и крестики. Все ещё не испугались? Тогда точно скачивайте. Ничего ж не теряете. Кроме времени, конечно. Тренировки обыкновенные, не сказать, что сильно продуманные, но вполне можно пользоваться.

I find this application filled with unwanted ads which irritates while doing workout. There is no voice guidance while working out, which is vital part in this kind of app.

**Developer response:** Dear user, thanks for your feedback, your opinion is very important to us. We are constantly working on improving our applications. Since you are using the lite free version, unfortunately, we cannot do anything with advertising. However, you can download the full version, choose the subscription that's right for you, and there will be no ads.
As for the voice acting of the exercises, we will take into account your wishes. At the moment we have descriptions of each exercise that you can watch before starting the program. Also please follow all the improvements, downloading the latest version of the app. Sincerely, Support team.
