Both active and inactive are not correct ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2022-01-24* I just tried to sign up for the app. It asked for my information, I entered it and it told me I entered my information wrong. How can I enter my information wrong when I’m SETTING UP an ACCOUNT? I know my name and how to spell it. I know my phone number. I know my email. I got locked out trying to sign up. New app will not accept my phone number. My number has been the same for years and worked perfectly until this update. Stupid thing just keeps telling me my number is already there. The problem is it’s try to set up a new account instead of signing me into the account I already have and have had for a few years now!!
