App needs a revision for accurate medication listings. Both active and inactive are not correct

I just tried to sign up for the app. It asked for my information, I entered it and it told me I entered my information wrong. How can I enter my information wrong when I’m SETTING UP an ACCOUNT?  I know my name and how to spell it. I know my phone number. I know my email.  I got locked out trying to sign up.  This app is trash

This app worked perfectly but no you had to go and change something that wasn’t broken and now it’s all messed up. New app will not accept my phone number. My number has been the same for years and worked perfectly until this update. Stupid thing just keeps telling me my number is already there. The problem is it’s try to set up a new account instead of signing me into the account I already have and have had for a few years now!! Change it back!!!!!!
