One of the worst banking apps I have used in 30 years. First, digital signature is a mess, the screen has tiny digits that often finger mistakes happen. Second codes are out of sync, site requires a code and bank presents an invalid one. Third, diligent digital signature, why aren’t you notifying me that a digital code is available. Also the sms notification is unreliable and it doesn’t notify you when there is a signature waiting.

Vinc de CaixaBank i la diferència és notable. L'app no permet afegir la mateixa targeta a Apple Pay en més d'un dispositiu: si la tens al Apple Watch, desapareix l'opció per afegir-la també al iPhone. A més, no permet canviar el PIN de la targeta des de l'app, has d'anar al caixer físicament. Per acabar-ho d'adobar, ni tan sols gestiona correctament els caràcters especials: el meu nom apareix sense accent. Funcionalitats bàsiques que qualsevol app bancària moderna hauria de tenir resoltes.

Me he ido del banco únicamente por lo anticuada y poco intuitiva que es la app. Usarla se siente como si se volviera al año 2010

No creas que puedes abrir una cuenta en 10 minutos en la web, todo es falso. Tarda dos horas para que al final, esta aplicación amateur que no siempre funciona, o incluso tiene fallos de seguridad al mostrarte los códigos fuente, te diga que tus documentos no están bien, que falta algo, aunque tengas todo. Al final, llamas por teléfono y allí, igual, te dicen que vayas a la agencia, donde te dicen que pidas una cita. Su mentira de 1h se convierte en dos o tres días perdidos.

Don't believe you can open an account in 10 minutes on the web, it's all fake. It takes two hours for this amateur application, which doesn't always work and has security flaws, to show you the source code and tell you that your documents are not right, that something is missing, even if you have everything. Eventually, you call and they tell you to go to the agency, where they tell you to make an appointment. Their 1-hour lie turns into two or three days lost.

Très mauvaise expérience avec l’application et le service associé de Banco Sabadell.

Au-delà des problèmes rencontrés, c’est surtout le manque de professionnalisme qui pose problème. En agence, aucune prise en charge sérieuse, avec une attitude peu concernée et parfois déplacée pendant l’attente.

Le service téléphonique n’est pas au niveau non plus : interruptions constantes, difficulté à s’exprimer et absence d’écoute réelle.

Ce type de comportement ne correspond pas aux standards attendus d’une banque. Une remise en question du service client serait nécessaire.
