## What is App Blocker & Focus?

Reduce screen time with limits that match the level of commitment you need.

Limitly is an iPhone app that blocks selected apps, categories, and websites based on rules you set. Use it to cut distractions, protect focus time, and build a healthier relationship with your phone.

CHOOSE THE STRENGTH OF EACH LIMIT
Set one of three block modes for every rule:

• Lockout: completely prevents unblocking while the rule is active
• Timeout: adds a wait before unblocking and progressively strengthens the limit
• Normal: keeps the rule flexible when you need to unblock

THREE WAYS TO LIMIT SCREEN TIME
• Schedule: block on selected days and times
• Daily usage: block after reaching your daily time limit
• Always on: keep a block active and set daily unlock counts and duration

FOCUS TIMER
Start a countdown or count-up session when it is time to focus. Choose which apps, categories, and websites are restricted during the session, and use break sessions to maintain your pace.
